The fee includes the participation for all IMCW 2016 and ICKM 2016 lectures, the evening program with conference dinner, proceedings and the conference package.
It does not include the costs for hotel rooms (if you are planning on staying at the conference hotel see the section below).
Dates:
- Early Bird fees: till August 1, 2016
- Regular fee: from August 2 – October 7, 2016
- On-site fee: from October 8, 2016
Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be in writing (email). Cancellations up to September 30, 2016 are free of charge (= 100% of your fee will be refunded). For cancellations after this date or no-show, the entire participation fee is due.
Hotel booking
The conference venue ist the Hotel Imperial Riding School Renaissance Vienna. There is a special rate for ICKM Participants at EUR 164,93 per night incl.breakfast & internet.
